A Design Group Stapleton & Elliott project. This inner-city home with show-stopping views has been newly re-clad and had an interior refresh.

This home is on a dramatic site. Being in a specific design wind-zone, built down-hill from a fairly typical narrow Wellington street (aka an exposed, vertically challenging site with access challenges for completing normal construction activities).

A full re-clad was undertaken to replace existing Zinc cladding with an Equitone panel and cavity system.

Additionally the owner took the opportunity to refresh the interior including kitchen renovations, new bathrooms with fit-outs by BelloCasa, adding in a lift for improved access given this vertically constructed residence and new covered outdoor space to enjoy modern living from an exposed site.
