What do you need to know about apteryx?
The apteryx team consists of six fully qualified, experienced builders, and three apprentices.
Brent Neumayr is the owner and contract manager.
Brent has more than 30 years residential construction experience.
We are committed to training, upskilling and keeping on top of our game. To this end we invest our time and expertise into the industry by training upcoming builders through the BCITO apprenticeship programme.
We employ a quantity surveyor and project planner to ensure we have a robust costing breakdown and construction programme.
We prefer an open book policy and provide transparency of all costs and timeframes to track our progress against.
We have robust planning, scheduling and ordering processes underpinning this so that all materials are on site when they are needed and that all subcontractors are fully prepared and available at specified times.
We operate a safe working environment at all times. Our health and safety practices are professionally developed and approved by Hazard Co.
Working to a tight schedule?
Additional staff can be contracted or employed on an as needs basis, at times of pressure or from the outset if required – should this be required we will discuss this with you, at the time of programme scheduling, and work together to ensure all needs and delivery dates are met.
